Our yoga classes embody a progressive method of vinyasa yoga, based on alignment principles. Each class is sequenced intelligently around a set of actions that build towards a peak asana (pose). Each asana included in the sequence is chosen carefully to open, align and strengthen the actions of the body needed for the peak of class, but students can never expect any one class to be like another. The classes are artfully designed with music to link mind and body throughout the practice.

If you are new to yoga, or a long time practitioner, this is the perfect place to start. This class will introduce you to and help you grow in the fundamentals of basic yoga poses, proper body alignment, breathing and personal posture modifications. No stiffness or egos here- just plain fun and learning how easy it is to feel GREAT! As always, class ends with a deep relaxation and meditation.
Power Vinyasa is a vigorous and athletic style of the yoga practice. Susan offers a fun and challenging class that will have you moving, sweating and breathing like you never have before. Each class is different, and features a creative, electric mix of traditional and innovative yoga postures designed to build your strength, stability, stamina and increase flexibility in tight, overused muscles. Prepare to discover muscles you didn't know you had!
A class all of Susan's design, Spoyga merges the athleticism of indoor cycling and the alignment of yoga together to make a perfectly blended and athletic class. This is a really fun course, which has students cycle for around 30 minutes and close with about 20 minutes of Vinyasa style yoga. After a powerful ride full of endurance training, sprints, climbs and technique cues, why not stretch out all of the muscles you just worked? You will feel energized from your temples to your toes!
This challenging class will integrate fitness-based movement into your core, building heat and strengthening the major muscles of the body, all while building endurance and stamina.
YOGA BODY BOOTCAMP™ is the revolutionary new yoga-fitness hybrid created by Deborah Williamson. Think CrossFit intelligence combined with the sweaty, sultry appeal of Zumba and you’ll have an inkling of the flavor of YOGA BODY BOOTCAMP™ – one ever-evolving work-out that will blow your mind AND body. Get ready for some crazy fun combined with yoga asana, fitness bootcamp stations and a whole new brain chemistry. But instead of the runner’s high, we’ll explore the different brain-wave states.
Please sign up at least 2 hours prior to the start of class. If there are less than 3 people signed in online, class will be canceled.
As always feel free to drop in, however if the minimum of 3 people is not met class will be canceled. If you are the only one signed in, you will be notified via email or text that class is canceled.
If you are signed up for class and do not show, you will forfeit that visit from your package, or be charged a $5 no-show fee if you are an Unlimited Member (auto-debit, or monthly). Early morning class enrollment will be reviewed at 8 p.m. the night before. Cancellations made after 8 p.m. and before class will be subject to the cancellation policy.
